There's Been No Public Input On Reusing the Landing

The mayor's office has used past public charettes on redeveloping the Jacksonville Landing held in 2014-15 to justify its controversial push to quickly bulldoze the building. But as the administration now acknowledges, that discussion never gave the public the chance to weigh in on adaptive reuse. Now that the Landing is in public hands, the public should have that chance before the city makes an expensive, irreversible decision. Read More
