52. Tepeyolot Cerveceria

Luis Melgarejo is in the process of opening an Aztec-inspired themed craft brewery called Tepeyolot Cerveceria in San Marco. Tepeyolot will lease the entire 5,407-square foot building at 2136 Kings Avenue from owner TC Jax Holdings. It will be a brewpub with seating for 199, and Melgarejo plans to focus as much on the food as the drinks. The menu will feature Mexican light fare including tacos, sweet tamales, Mexican street corn, churros, and chips and salsa.

**53. Square One Building **

Sleiman Enterprises is in the process of renovating the iconic Square One building in San Marco Square. Built in 1927, the 8,200 square foot structure will receive a new roof and an exterior upgrage.

54. Fla Juice & Bowl

Fla Juice & Bowl will open soon at 1561 San Marco Boulevard. The café will serve smoothies, acai and pitaya (cactus fruit) bowls, cold-pressed juice, and Hawaiian-style poke bowls (cubed raw tuna and salmon served over sushi rice or organic mixed greens).

55. The Bearded Pig BBQ

The Bearded Pig BBQ restaurant at 1224 Kings Avenue recently announced its intentions to construct and relocate to a larger space at 1808 Kings Avenue. Land clearing and site work efforts are now underway for the restaurant. The Bearded Pig anticipates retaining the existing location for a future project. In addition, the new 125-seat location will include nearly 50 off-street parking spaces and an outdoor area for family-friendly activities.

56. San Marco Crossing

The development of San Marco Crossing continues to make significant progress. Located along Kings Avenue between Olevia Street and Mitchell Avenue, the Chance Properties project consists of the redevelopment of a 6.8 acre-site to include up to 330 market-rate apartments and eight two-story townhomes.
