245 West 3rd ST LLC. is in the process of restoring the Dr. Horace Drew mansion overlooking Klutho Park at 245 West 3rd Street.

1637 Main Street LLC is in the process of restoring a 9,600 square foot mixed-use building at 1637 Main Street. Located near the intersection of 7th & Main, the renovation project will result in nine apartments and three ground floor retail spaces.

46. Main & Six Brewing

The Main & Six Brewing Company is in the process of doubling the size of its Main Street operation through the acquisition of an adjacent storefront. Plans for the 3,500 square foot space at 1632 Main Street include the development of a rooftop bar, event space and tap room.

47. Reddi Arts

After being located at 1037 Hendricks Avenue for 47 years, new owner Kelly McCormick plans to relocate the popular arts store to 1731 Main Street in Springfield. The 7,170 square foot space in Springfield was once occupied by F.W. Woolworth’s.

1100 Main Street LLC An emergency structural roof repair project recently took place at 1100 North Main Street. Owned by 1100 North Main Street, the Art Deco building was designed by Carlos B. Schoeppl and completed in 1929. It was originally occupied by Downtown Chevrolet and Oldsmobile.

49. Springfield Scoops

A 102-year-old retail storefront will have a new tenant soon. An ice cream shop called Springfield Scoops is planned at 1805 North Main Street.

50. Mama Boys

Mama Boys is a restaurant that will be opening soon at 1855 North Main Street. Built in 1986, the building was last occupied by JVille Crab Shack.

51. The District Wine Bar

The District wine bar will be opening soon at 2026 Walnut Street. This space was previously occupied by the Walnut Inn dive bar for 45 years before closing in November 2019.
