There's Been No Public Input On Reusing the Landing

The mayor's office has used past public charettes on redeveloping the Jacksonville Landing held in 2014-15 to justify its controversial push to quickly bulldoze the building. But as the administration now acknowledges, that discussion never gave the public the chance to weigh in on adaptive reuse.
