Whole Foods One Riverside Renderings

With the first phase of the One Riverside development under construction on the site of the former Florida-Times Union complex, Atlanta-based Fuqua Development is prepared to request final design approval for the $250 million project’s retail phase. On November 10th, the Downtown Development Review Board (DDRB) will consider the final design for an 8,000 square foot retail building and 40,000 square foot Whole Foods Market, at the intersection of Riverside Avenue and Leila Street. Here is a look at the final design submitted for the DDRB’s consideration.
