A plan to modify the design of an unbuilt parking garage in Downtown Jacksonville is poised to move forward. Originally approved in 2018, an application to approve conceptual design changes for a garage being developed by VyStar Credit Union has been added to the October 8, 2020 Downtown Development Review Board (DDRB) meeting agenda. Latest plans created by Dasher Hurst Architects, show a seven-story parking garage with 780 parking spaces and 13,169 square feet of ground floor retail space along Laura and Main Streets. In addition, a redesign of the cladding along all facades of the garage is included. Take a look at the latest plans and let us know what you think about the last design.
