15. Completed in 1977, the GM Renaissance Center complex is home to the tallest building in Michigan and the third tallest all-hotel skyscraper in the Western Hemisphere. The complex’s first floor is occupied by many eateries along the riverfront and the GM World exhibit.

24. Built between 1983 and 1992, Riverfront Tower 100, 200 and 300 are designed to create an ascending tier of towers overlooking the Detroit River.

25. Ralph C. Wilson Centennial Park is a future $40 million park near Corktown. A part of the former Detroit Free Press printing plant site, the 20-acre park is anticipated to be completed in 2022. New amenities will include a beach cove, basketball court and playground.
