38. Strings Sports Brewery

Adeeb Properties LLC has filed a permit application for the conversion of 1850 North Main Street into Spring Sports Brewery. The sports-themed microbrewery will include 4,764 square feet of indoor and 2,497 square feet of outdoor space. The space will also include a restaurant called Strings Street Fare, serving traditional Southern dishes with an eclectic flare.

39. UF Health Proton Therapy Institute

The UF Health Proton Therapy Institute is in the process of a $39 million expansion that will increase the facility’s size by roughly 10,000 square feet. Expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2019, the project will also increase the facility’s capacity by about 150 to 200 patients.

40. 1715 Main Street

New tenant build-out appears to be underway at a storefront space at 1715 Main Street. Dating back to 1930, the multi-tenant retail building was acquired by Iben Lakay LLC in June 2017

Save Dancey LLC. plans to restore Dancy Terrace’s 24 historic bungalow houses. Dancy Terrace is located just east of Main Street between 9th and 10th Streets.

42. Dr. Horace Drew Mansion

245 West 3rd ST LLC. is in the process of restoring the Dr. Horace Drew mansion overlooking Klutho Park at 245 West 3rd Street.

43. Flour & Fig Bakehouse

Popular culinary proprietors Kurt and Allison D’Aurizio have signed a lease and will soon begin the buildout of Flour & Fig Bakehouse in the Historic Springfield neighborhood at 1748 Main Street.
