The Downtown Development Review Board (DDRB) approved the final site plan for One Riverside Avenue at Wednesday’s November meeting. Atlanta-based Fuqua Development plans to raze all existing structures and parking lots on site, exposing and rechanneling McCoys Creek. Fuqua would then add a mix of new uses on the property including a grocery store, retail storefronts and two apartment buildings with 271 units. Here is a look Fuqua’s latest plans for the property.
