This 866-space parking garage adjacent to the Cannaday Building, opened in late 2020 at 4400 Mary Brigh Drive.

The Mayo Building and Hospital combines inpatient and outpatient services under one roof to allow specialty physicians, researchers, and educators to collaborate and offer the best care for patients. Currently, a $106.6 million five-story addition is being built on top of the eight story medical tower. When completed in 2026, the 13-floor hospital will have 428 patient beds. Future additions will allow the tower to eventually be expanded to a maximum of 17 floors.

To support continued campus expansion, a $21 million central utility plant is being built at 14131 Kendall Hench Circle.

The Dorothy J. and Harry T. Mangurian Jr. Building opened in August 2018, expanding and integrating services for patients with complex cancer, neurological and neurosurgical conditions.

When completed in early 2025, the $233 million Integrated Oncology Building will include two proton beam treatment rooms, one carbon ion treatment room, two linear accelerators, CT and MRI patient imaging, patient exam areas and treatment planning spaces for clinical staff. The three-story, 225,000-square-foot building will be the first carbon ion therapy center in North America.

The $32.4 million Discovery and Innovation Building opened its doors in August 2019. The 75,000 square-foot building houses the Life Sciences Incubator for biotech entrepreneurs, a lung restoration facility and an automated stem cell manufacturing site.

The $22 million C.V. and Elsie R. Griffin Cancer Research Building opened in 2003.

The 82,228 square-foot Birdsall Medical Neuroscience Research Building was completed in 1993.

Named in honor of J.E. Davis and his family, the Davis Building was Florida’s first integrated clinical practice building when it opened in 1986. The Davis Building is one of four main patient care buildings at Mayo Clinic.

Expected to be completed in 2025, the $70 million, eight-story Hilton Hotel at Mayo Clinic will contain 252 guest rooms.

Now under construction, the hotel is being developed near the newly built J. Turner Butler Boulevard entrance to Transformation Way.

Mayo Clinic’s Jacksonville campus is located at 4500 San Pablo Road South.
