19. The Oasis at Town Center

The Picerne Real Estate Group of Altamonte Springs is in the process of developing The Oasis at Town Center apartment community on a 15-acre site at 10595 Brightman Road. When completed in late 2019, the 328-apartment community is expected to be completed in late 2019.

20. Bay95 Shopping Center

Construction is now complete on the new 14,400-square-foot Bay95 shopping center at the intersection of Baymeadows Road East and R.G. Skinner Parkway by Property Theater, LLC. Tenants coming soon include Salsa’s Mexican Restaurant and Mack’s Tenders Chicken Restaurant.

21. Ciel Apartments

Construction continues on WRH Deerwood LLC’s 400-unit Ciel Apartments on 16.6 acres at the northeast quadrant of Butler and Southside Boulevards. Located on Deer Lake Drive, the development will contain 232 one-bedroom, 144 two-bedroom and 24 three-bedroom units.

22. Town Center Promenade

A Firestone auto service center and a three storefront retail building are being constructed at the Town Center Promenade development on Town Center Parkway. The three future retail tenants are 5.11 Tactical, Lee Nails & Spa and Kazu Sushi Burrito.

23. Gateway Village at Town Center

Construction is underway on a mixed-use development by Cantrell & Morgan. Called Gateway Village at Town Center, the project is located on an 18.5 acre site at the intersection of Gate Parkway and Deerwood Park Boulevard. When fully built out, the $75 million Gateway Village at Town Center project will include a 289-unit luxury apartment complex, a Racetrac gas station/convenience store, an urgent care facility and over 38,000 square feet of retail uses.

24. The Strand

Two retail buildings totaling 12,000-square-feet of space along Town Center Parkway are being added to The Strand shopping center. The retail project is being developed by Birmingham-based Preferred Growth Properties.

25. Hampton Village

Construction continues on a retail/office building at I-295 East Beltway and Gate Parkway. Additional development for the site includes a six-story office building with a ground floor destination restaurant and rooftop bar that will serve as the development’s main structure. According to Ash Properties, construction won’t begin on this building until it’s 50% leased. In addition, a parking garage with retail on the ground floor will be included on the site. The final phase will include a fourth building featuring 80,000 square feet of space.

26. Baptist Primary Care

Baptist Health is building a Baptist Primary Care center at 4844 Deer Lake Drive West in Tapestry Park. The $2.91 million, 6,700-square-foot primary care center is expected to be open by summer 2019.

27. Tinseltown Plaza

Triforce Development is in the process of building a 7,000 square foot retail center in front of Cinemark Tinseltown. Future tenants include Kaza Sushi and the area’s first Soupa Asian Noodle Bar.

28. Premier Aesthetics Medical Spa
