4. Integra Riverside Apartments
Lake Mary-based Integra Land Company plans to develop the Integra Riverside Apartments on the northeast corner of Owens Road and Max Leggett Parkway. Anticipated to begin construction this summer, the 300-unit apartment complex will be located to the rear of the 44-acre site, leaving space for four commercial outparcels along Max Leggett Parkway. Integra Riverside Apartments is expected to be completed by the end of 2017.
5. River City Rehabilitation Center
Fernandina Beach-based Health Care Managers, Inc. is in the process of developing a 9.8-acre parcel at the intersection of Owens Road and Max Leggett Parkway into the River City Rehabilitation Center. The $20 million, 75,000-square foot rehabilitation center will have 111 beds. Construction is anticipated to start by the end of the year and be completed by late 2017.
