About Water Street Tampa

When complete, the 53-acre development by Strategic Property Partners (SPP) will include over nine million square feet of residential, commercial, hospitality, educational, and entertainment space adjacent to the Amalie Arena (home to the Lightning), Tampa Bay History Center, the Tampa Convention Center and Florida Aquarium. SPP is a joint venture between Bill Gates’ investment fund Cascade Investment LLP and local businessman Jeff Vinik, owner of the Tampa Bay Lightning hockey team.
