Residence Inn by Marriott's plans for Brooklyn

Greenbelt, MD based Baywood Hotels intends to develop a 135-room Residence Inn by Marriott in Brooklyn. Here's a look at the project's schematic design concept recently submitted to the Downtown Development Review Board (DDRB) for conceptual approval. If approved, the project could break ground before the end by the end of the year.
