GENERAL INFORMAITON
DDRB Application 2026-011 seeks Conceptual Approval for the construction of a mixed-use hotel and residential tower within Riverfront Plaza Pad B. The project is located along the north bank of the St. Johns River and is bounded by Independent Drive and the Riverfront Plaza park. The development includes hotel accommodations, residential units, structured parking integrated within the building podium, hotel programming, and publicly accessible open spaces designed to integrate with the adjacent Riverfront Plaza park. Vehicular access, including the porte cochere, is provided access from Independent Drive. The conceptual submittal includes illustrative site plans, architectural perspectives, elevations, floor plans, and public realm cross sections.
