With the first phase of the One Riverside development under construction on the site of the former Florida-Times Union complex, Atlanta-based Fuqua Development is prepared to request conceptual design approval for the $250 million project’s retail buildings. On October 13th, the Downtown Development Review Board (DDRB) will vote on the conceptual designs for an 8,000 square foot retail building and 40,000 square foot Whole Foods Market.
