DDRB Application 2026-009 seeks Conceptual Review for Block N6 of the Pearl Street District. Pearl Square District N6 is an existing 5-story parking garage that is being renovated into a mixed-use building of retail and parking to include 16,000 square feet of retail.
The property occupies the entire block, bounded by West Union Street and West Beaver Street to the north and south, respectively, and by North Julia Street and North Hogan Street on the west and east, respectively.
The applicant seeks to renovate the structure and add commercial storefronts along the Beaver Street frontage. The storefronts would wrap the corners along both North Hogan Street and North Julia Street but not extend to West Union Street.
