Residence C - South
The southern portion of Brentwood was designated as Residence C in the city’s 1925 zoning ordinance. As a result, this portion of Brentwood is home to a larger collection of early 20th century multi-family dwellings.
Residence B - North
The northern portion of Brentwood was designated as Residence B in the 1925 zoning ordinance. Originally restricted to one and two family dwellings, the number of large multifamily properties is much lower than the south section of the neighborhood.
