A proposal by Kelco Management & Development and Corner Lot Development Group to develop a Home 2 Suites by Hilton hotel at 600 Park Street is prepared to take the next step. Developers behind the project seek DDRB Conceptual Approval for a new 6-story, 10,720 square foot hotel with 100 rooms and associated surface parking that would be located behind the building. In addition, the 1.2 acre site would include space for a restaurant at the southwest corner of Park and Rosselle Streets.
