Ashley Square
Tampa-based Blue Sky Communities, LLC is seeking final approval from the DDRB for a 120-unit senior living complex at 127 East Ashley Street. Called Ashley Square, the six-story project would include 96 one bedroom and 24 two bedroom units on four residential floors built over two structured levels of parking. Designed by PQH Group, the project is one of many multifamily residential projects planned for the Cathedral District.
Florida Blue Forest Street Parking Garage

Florida Blue is seeking final approval from the DDRB for a four-story free standing parking garage at the intersection of Park and Forest Streets in Brooklyn. The latest design appears to be dramatically different from a previous version and includes space for future 60’ retail bay depths along Park and Forest Streets. Site work is already underway for the project currently being designed by RS&H.
