<h1>Sports Complex/Shipyards</h1>
Conceptual Sports Complex expansion route and station locations
The idea of extending the Skyway east along Bay Street to EverBank Field was a part of the original 1970s Skyway plan. Such an extension could ease big event day traffic and faciliate a stronger connection between the urban core’s main event venues and downtown’s historic heart. In addition, this alignment would also provide service to the Elbow District, the Hyatt/old courthouse site and the Shipyards.
Currently under construction, Daily’s Place would be served by a Skyway link to the Sports Complex.
Intuition Ale Works would be one of several Sports Complex destinations within a stone’s throw of a Skyway extension to EverBank Field.
