eTown will feature several unique neighborhoods all centered on modern living, sustainability and smart technology. Plus, true to the forward-thinking vision and spirit of eTown, all of the community’s neighborhoods will be named after renowned inventors and innovators.

eTown’s master plan

Named after Guglielmo Giovanni Maria Marconi, an Italian electrical engineer credited for inventing the radio, Marconi was the first neighborhood to open at eTown. Featuring homes by David Weekley Homes and ICI Homes, Marconi resembles an effort to create a gated suburban community with elements taken from traditional coastal, craftsman and farmhouse architectural styles.

Named after Thomas Alva Edison, inventor of the motion picture camera and the electric light bulb, this Toll Brothers community features one and two-story residences ranging from 2,500 to more than 4,000 square feet.
