Project Description

Columbia Ventures acquired 13 individual parcels of land in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Jacksonville, Florida in November of 2021 with plans to assemble the parcels into five stories of Class A apartments over 2 levels of structured parking that will be lined by commercial space.

The planned development includes 341 apartments with ground floor retail/restaurant space and will bring 428 parking spaces to the bustling neighborhood of Brooklyn. The multifamily complex will include many attractive amenities for tenants; an elevated amenity deck with a resort style pool, club room, fitness center, shared office spaces, a pet spa, dog park and skylounge.

The property is located at the gateway to Brooklyn, with easy access to Interstate 95 and Interstate 10. Brooklyn is home to financial and tech institutions, the Northbank Riverwalk, the first new link of the Emerald Trail, and many retail and restaurant options (including a Fresh Market and a newly announced Whole Foods). The location offers excellent proximity to the Central Business District and is walking distance to Five Points.

The project is on track to close on financing and begin construction in Q1 2023.
