DDRB Application 2016-013 is before the DDRB seeking conceptual approval for the proposed parking garage to be located on the existing surface parking lot located on the Southbank adjacent to the Baptist Medical Center with frontage on Palm Avenue, San Marco Boulevard, and Prudential Drive adjacent to the CSX rail lines.. The developer presented earlier to the DDRB at the August 25, 2016 DDRB meeting, in a workshop format, preliminary designs. The development proposes a 7 story building with an overall height of approximately 90 feet. The project will have a foot print of 116,793 SF with a total of 817,551 SF providing 2,247 parking spaces with 33 Accessible Spaces. The applicant indicates the parking garage is needed to support the continued growth and master planning of the Baptist Medical Center on the Southbank.
