Now plans have emerged for an Añejo Cocina Mexicana restaurant to open in Unity Plaza in a space formerly occupied by Charlotte-based Brixx Wood Fired Pizza. Specializing in hand crafted margaritas, Mexican dishes, fresh guacamole and more, Añejo Cocina Mexicana recently opened a new location at 330 SR A1A North in Ponte Vedra Beach. According to the restaurant’s website, the main goal at Añejo Cocina Mexicana is to provide customers with the best Añejo dining experience. Facing Riverside Avenue, the Añejo Cocina Mexicana location at Unity Plaza will have 167 seats and outdoor dining. Additional locations are planned for Baymeadows Park in the Southside and Wildlight in Nassau County.
