The “government room” contains several tanks capable of holding 1160 barrels of beer each. Here, 401,940 gallons of beer waits for full approval before being bottled, canned or kegged.
The brewery’s bottling line fills as many as 850 bottles per minute. In the addition, over 1,000 cans per minute are filled on the canning line and the plant is capable of filling 400 kegs an hour.
