What made you decide on downtown?
Ive had my truck coming out to the building for over a year and saw the potential in the location. With the built-in clientele both in-house and in the near vicinity, plus the growth on the Southbank and the facilities i was moving in to, it seemed like the right time to get back in to my realm of experience.
What are some of the unique design features people will see when dining in the new riverfront restaurant?
Lots of custom carpentry work with whitewashed multi-dimensional wood walls, darker “reclaimed wood” looking walls, and custom made tables. A bit of rustic and contemporary mix, with a little retro in the mix as well.

Anything you want to add?
The new restaurant is really a fabulous on-site event venue that can accommodate about 250 ppl in the Glass atrium room over-looking the river with outside terrace decks. We’ll be adding a full bar and dinner with table service in the future, as well as brunch. I’ll be doing a valentines dinner and other dinner events before I actually start offering dinner regularly. I have plenty of kitchen space to handle offsite catering and in-house services.
