According to a Downtown Vision press release, the project represents a strong collaboration of public and private partners who have come together to be the driving force in making positive change Downtown. Wells Fargo has provided a grant of $35,000 as part of their NeighborhoodLIFT program with funds going to enhancements in and around Hemming Plaza. Downtown Vision, Inc., Greenscape of Jacksonville, the Late Bloomers Garden Club, the Paul Bryan Group, Interline Brands, Dalton Agency and the City of Jacksonville have also joined forces to design, source and fund new plants for the Plaza’s landscaped areas.
